Sherel Purcell’s a freelance writer whose work appears on USA Today 10Best, AAA, AOL, and others. She primarily focuses on travel, reviews, and local food and drink. Sherel’s won an editorial award from Parenting Publications of America and has published three memoir pieces in literary magazines. A former teacher and art school grad, she and her partner, John Cameron, have contributed photographs to Brand USA, along with her own articles. Sherel enjoys cycling, golfing, swimming and pet sitting.
John Cameron’s photos have appeared in Brand USA campaigns, USA Today 10 Best, Graphis, Now magazine, Vacay, The Director’s Guild of Canada national website, and About.com. His travel video “A New York Minute” was chosen for The Smithsonian In Motion. He has a collection of four guitars and a shoebox of unpublished short stories. He knows where to get a great smoked mullet taco in Dunedin, Florida, and thinks he may have left his wallet in San Francisco.
